221B Baker Street, escape room & bar

221B Baker Street is an escape game that takes us into 19th century London alongside the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. The place offers 5 game escape rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people.

 

221B Baker Street is also a cocktail bar with games and special evenings (karaoke, blind test, etc.) as well as theme evenings. You can also enjoy a team building experience (seminar, meeting room, buffet).

 

This space is very friendly and the animators are very open and invested!

 Palais des sports Jean-Michel Geoffroy 

Le Palais des Sports is the place to be for the sports scene in Dijon as it hosts many competitions every week. Come and join the Black Owls, the supporters association made in BSB, to liven up the party in the grandstands during JDA games! You can witness basketball, handball, and other sports games in a place with over 4000 seats! A little extra: there are drinks and food available on site (beer is priced at 5€).

Parc de la Colombière 

This is a must-visit location in the Dijon area. Perfect for the warmer days, various services such as different food stands or the carousel await you at the main entrance of the park. The greenery that stretches far in all directions will transport you. The park is full of activities. You can find an ecomuseum, different play areas, several fountains, as well as a mini-farm and a tree-top adventure park that caters to both children and adults. Furthermore, at the back of the park, you will find a Rosalie rental stand, which is a great way to spend time with your loved ones. It is a vibrant place where you can picnic in peace and enjoy the fresh air!

Cinémas L’Olympia et Le Darcy

The Olympia and Darcy cinemas are located in the center of Dijon (Place Darcy and near the train station), making it very convenient to access. They showcase many current movies, as well as avant-premieres with actors and members of the movie teams, and various events. La pièce unique, roller dance track 

You love the feeling of sliding and you want to change a bit of ice skating so the Unique Piece is waiting for you! This 300 m2 roller dance track will take you in an 80-90’s atmosphere thanks to the DJ, lights and disco balls. If you are not comfortable on 4 wheels, you can play on arcade terminals and games for several! After effort comes comfort… A short break at the bar will allow you to taste cereals, smoothies and milkshakes. 

Evenings are organized several times a month with very different themes that will please everyone, children and parents (Walt Disney, Saint Patrick, Carnival, etc.). If you’ve become a passionate roller skater and you want to continue to skate outdoors, stop by the store to pick up some, you’ll find it there a vinyl space, figurines and a world grocery store (USA, Japan, Korea, etc.).

Le Lac Kir

Jardin de l'Arquebuse - botanical garden

Come and relax in the Jardin de l'Arquebuse, located right next to the train station, while waiting for your train or simply to enjoy the sun. You can stroll through the paths between flower beds, vines (a must for Burgundian culture), a small stream, and a rose garden. You can also discover the planetarium and the museum of the Jardin de l'Arquebuse. At the planetarium, you can contemplate different projections under a 10-meter diameter dome. At the museum, you will admire 3 collections: fossils and geology, the animal world and ecosystems, and finally entomology and insects. Darcy Square

You have 30 minutes and you want to enjoy the sun, then go to the Square Darcy! This park located in the city centre is the first public garden in Dijon, it was built in 1880 and hosts a large fountain with waterfalls as well as a reproduction of Pompom's "White Bear". This terraced garden owes its name to Henri Darcy, a hydraulic engineer born in Dijon. But what is behind the little turret at the end of the garden? It was a huge drinking water reservoir that allowed water to be distributed in Dijon by means of pipes.

DIVIA Vélodi

If you'd like to do a bit of sport, outdoors and without spending more than 10 euros, we've got something for you. 

Pick up a bike from one of the 40 DIVIA stations in the city. It's a great way to discover the area around Dijon city centre (Lac Kir, Parc de la Colombière, Plateau de Chenôve...). A lock is provided and the basket on the front of the bike lets you carry a pic nic in summer or your coat in winter. 

All you need is a bank card (with money on it anyway) and a 24-hour subscription for €1.50. The first 30 minutes are free and every half-hour thereafter is €2.
